We are expecting approximately 125 people
There will be 3 food tables set up-
1st Table:
Three 4' heros
5 lbs macaroni salad
5 lbs potato salad
Potato chips
2nd Table:
Chicken Marsala
Swedish Meatballs
Rice Pilaf
Roasted potatoes
Ham
Macaroni and Cheese
Ceasar Salad
Dinner Rolls
Chicken Nuggets and Fries for the 10 kids that are coming
3rd Table:
Penne ala Vodka
Sausage and Peppers
Italian Meatballs
Baked Ziti
Regular house salad
Italian Bread
Beverage Table:
20 bottles of assorted soda
Champagne punch
White Sangria
A few bottles of wine
Full size keg
Dessert table:
Cake from costco
assorted cookies
brownies
coffe & tea
Anything lacking or does everything seem okay?

sounds good. my only thought is maybe regular salad with some dressings on the side?
with or without it seems like you got it covered!
ETAl DURRR...I SEE YOU HAVE CEASAR SALAD ON THERE. never mind...LOL
