I think its tetering,unless you know the bride wouldnt care, I wouldnt wear.
for my wedding a friend of mine wore a white and black dress, it was mostly white. But I didnt care and she knew I wouldnt.

Not every bride wears stark white and some brides change into shorter dresses for the reception.
I know - I wore an ivory gown myself and never even considered wearing white. I just don't think silver and gold brocade are off limits just because they're pale colors.
You won't offend any brides, I possibly would. I'm okay with that.

I checked it out in the silver and it was entirely way too close to white.
I then tried it on in the gold again and bought it but am not wearing it for the wedding, but will wear it for other events.
