Is this an early pregnancy symptom?
I am just 5 weeks today and I am absolutely starving ALL of the time. With DD and DS I didnt have this. I absolutely cant stop eating. I even dream about food  Is this normal?

I was starving around the same time and thought i was going to pack on the pounds with this amount of hunger!! It went away withiin a week or two. Now at 20 weeks I actually feel less hungry for some reason.

Totally normal. In the beginning I would constantly eat. And I had to eat the VERY second I felt hungry. I told DH at that rate I was going to gain 85 pounds. But it eased up after a few weeks.

I was like that week 4 and 5. Then 6 hit and I am  all day and night (same when I was pg with DS). I think my body was trying to get some nourishment before the sickness started!

it sure was for me! I couldn't stop thinking about how hungry I was. I would eat an entire meal at a restaraunt and then still be hungry after! I could eat more that DH and still be hungry! I would just say be smart about what you eat though. DH bought me tons of veggies and fruit so I could eat as much as I wanted and be careful of weight gain.

this is my 1st pregnancy and i am the same exact way! i hope it stops soon bc this is going to be a looong 9 months of packing on the pounds otherwise 
i have struggled with my weight for years, and the last 2+ years i got it under control and kept a solid 25-30lbs off so i really want to handle this pregnancy the healthy way, nutrionally speaking.
but i went from being able to go from 4am-10 or 11am on coffee and nothing else, to now even waking up in the middle of the night, starving. what the heck lol

OMG same here!! I would go all eating only a little cereal and now...I wake up in the middle of the starving!
