Is there anyway else to know if you O....
... except to chart? I've been using the ovulation calculator on babycenter.com and it gives you a range of 5 days that are you "fertile" days. I am wondering if that is my problem and I am missing the "O"... how do you know you "O"??

Honestly for me, I know that I O, or I ASSUME that I O because I can tell I have a rise in progesterone right after...
This means for me, that my boobs start to get sore and I start to feel some minor PMS symptoms.
I would never chart-- I don't sleep well enough and it seems like a major PITA.

i chart and it worked really well
im a light sleeper and never thought i would do it but i would actually look forward to seeing my temp in the AM
i take my temp at the same time everyday; then if its the weekend, i just leave it, go back to sleep and look at it when i wake up

i don't know if it's weird - but i can feel it. i get crampy - nothing compared to regular menstrual cramps - but i can tell that way...

I can tell by my CM & I use OPKs. A day or 2 after my +OPK my CM changes to creamy-ish & then dries up a bit. Of course, that's not a definite indicator. Charting really isn't either. The only way to know 100% certain is if you are being monitored by blood work & sonos.

When CM appears and cramps begin, I know I'm within appx 48 hours of O. I also use OPKs which has validated this. I'm fairly regular, and tend to O on CD13 or CD14.
Now I ask, how come I haven't gotten a BFP?

for me, i wasn't able to predict clearly when i was going to O - i had CM issues and i wasn't checking my CP at the time. plus i am not a good sleeper so i couldn't temp.
however, i did notice that the day after i O'd my nips would get VERY sore because of the progesterone. they usually stayed that way for a few days and when it stopped AF would come.
