Is there anything that I can do
during the 2 www to make sure that I am not ruining my chances to getting pregnant?
I just feel so helpless during this time.
I just wanted to make sure also that there is nothing more that I can do to get PG. I just have to wait right?

Yup, all there is to do is wait. You can take your pre-natals but other than that it's pretty much out of your hands. Good luck though!

there is nothing you can do at all.
once you are in the 2WW whether or not you end up pregnant this cycle is OFFICIALLY completely out of your control.
my RE has specifically said this.
two cycles ago i had a chemical and i asked if there was anything i could have done and he said the fate is determined and there is nothing that can make it go either way.
so sit back, put your feet up, and wait

during the 2ww you have already either gotten pregnant, or are not. It's just that it's way to early to know until you either get AF, or have enough hormone to be detected by a blood test or hpt
So, no, there's nothing you can do in the 2ww to increase or decrease your chances since the moment has already happened. All you can do is wait (try not to obsess over it.. it's out of your hands at this point)

Definitely take your prenatals every day - not that it "helps" but it is good to do
And try to keep yourself busy...it will be the longest two weeks of your life
