Is there a valid reason why the sun would feel stronger today (due to the eclipse)?
The sun feels stronger today than usual (or it could be my imagination). Would there be a valid reason why the sun might be stronger today due to the eclipse?

Nope. The eclipse does not make the sun stronger. Looking directly at the sun does the same amount of damage everyday.
The whole "keep your pets inside" thing was my favorite nonsense!

Maybe because there is a lot of moisture in the air.
Might be magnifying the way the sun feels.

It's humid as a mofo but I don't think the sun is stronger. It's just gross out today.

Yes the humidity is awful. We just got back from Colorado and dh and I want to turn around and go back. I can't function in this humidity.
