Is "Take-Out" Tax Deductible for Preggos?

My DH knows that it will be a RARE night that I cook something these days. After work and the gym, or work and doctor's appointments or work and getting taxes done or WHATEVER... the LAST thing I want to do is COOK!

I could cry at the money we're spending on take out these days!!!

Can we claim take out? Or at least use our pre-taxed Flex Spending Account $$???

I think it should be tax-deductable! Chat Icon

And for non-preggos too! It should be deemed a "necessary living expense" Chat Icon Chat Icon

So, if she sells the baby, she can claim the meals as an expense? Chat Icon Chat Icon
