Anyone file a tax grievance?
what is the process for doing this and how long does it take to get an answer?

We filed in february and are still waiting, we got a letter stating they got the application. We went to Town hall and asked for the form and filled it out, we had to look certain things up on there computers, EX- section, building, lot etc, and then compare it to other houses that were similar and put down there info on it. It also helped that I had a current appraisal to attach, then we handed it in. HTH
