Is shrimp ok to eat?
I really want to go to Red Lobster tomorrow and I LOOOVE their coconut shrimp. Is shrimp ok to have while pregnant? I also might have some garlic scewed shrimp (if its ok of course)

This is the one I use. Two servings a week of the lower mercury seafood is safe.

No idea about that. If I were you I would eat as much as you want and if you're nervous, stay away from seafood the rest of the week. Enjoy!

something like shellfish up to 12oz a week. I could be talking out of my a@@ but I think that was the rule

3 oz is equivalent to the size of the palm of your hand not including your fingers. (avg women's hand)

Thanks again for the info ladies. I had about 3 large coconut shrimps and about 4 small garlic dipped shrimp. They were delicious. So glad I indulged especially since DH and I really dont go to Red Lobster that often.
