is red robin fast food?
A friend suggested that we take the kids to red robin but in looking at the menu, the only semi healthy thing they have is grilled chicken & not much variety in non fried foods.
Is this place good? I've never been.

I haven't been to one in a while...but I think it is comparable to a Applebees, Chilis

It is fast casual, not fast food.
IDK about healthy - I don't go there to eat healthy
