Is it wrong that I'm practicing
the techniques from The Happiest Baby On The Block on my cat?
I figure if I can make it work on my spazzy cat then it should be easy as pie on my baby? He seems to like it 
OMG I need to have this baby before I lose my sanity completely!

well if you know them it makes it better
They are
Swaddling
Shushing
Side/stomach Lying
Rocking/Swinging
Sucking
