is it too late to go apple picking?
was thinking of going on Monday...are there any apples left, or is it too late in the season?

we went this past monday (10/2) and there were TONS of apples, red/yellow deliscious, mancouns, empire, matsu. But we live in Mass. so i dont know if that makes too much a difference.

We went today to Harvest Moon Farms. There are plenty of apples, you just have to go a bit deep into the orchard. We had a great day.

went here today and there were TONS!!!!!!
red and green! Delish! got a big bag,
WE also got cider, cider donuts, honey, and there were food vendors, animals, live band, air castles , horse and hayrides, etc for the kids
there is also a orchard across the street called outhouse orchards which had loads as well!
ETA: we always find we have better luck in Westchester than out on Long Island for apples!

We aways go mid oct. There are lots left. Sometimes granny smith are out of season since they are earlier but the rest are fine.

We went today also, and there were a ton. Check their website, they say which types of apples are open for u-pick
