Is it normal to be this hungry?!!

I'm 23 weeks tomorrow. Today I've eaten the following:
cup of chocolate lactaid
some dry honey nut cheerios
banana
granola bar
cup of natural apple sauce
turkey sandwich (just turkey and bread)
salad with chicken, cucumber, and carrots leftover from yesterday's lunch
half a baby ruth (bad, I know - I was out of food at work and slim pickings at the vending machine. At least there were peanuts for protein!)
packet of low sugar oatmeal
Luna bar because I was STARVING and couldn't work out otherwise
rotisserie chicken - again STARVING

And I eat this amount of food most days and have to eat pretty much every hour. I don't eat too much junk food but I still feel like it's SO much. But I'm HUNGRY! Is this normal?!

You actually might benefit from more protein in the AM. I try to eat something with protein, even if it is peanut butter or a string cheese and it makes a huge difference.

That's a good idea. I do eat carrots with peanut butter normally but later in the day. Maybe having toast with peanut butter in the morning might help. And some hardboiled egg whites.

I was like that with DS, this time I never get hungry. Weird. I was told hungry all the time means boy and this time I'm having a girl.

I agree. Add some protein in with those other snacks. Should help from you wanting to chew your arm off.

the second trimester was the worst for hunger with me (and weight gain)... enjoy it now since at 33 weeks i have no room left for food in my body (i lost weight at my appointment yesterday)

I'm only 13 weeks and if I don't eat something every hour, I cannot function. I found that it tapered off with my last pregnancy by like my 28th week or so.
I'm a healthy eater, by far, but I still have to eat every hour. I try to do proteins in the morning and fruits, too.
Things I like to snack on that keep me going:
Those individually wrapped 2% cheddar sticks or light string cheese
Sunflower seeds or some kind of raw nuts
a small yogurt
Granola bar
oranges
apples
laughing cow light cheese spread on some melba toast

These are staples for me it seems and they work really well in keeping me full for that whole hour or two.
