is it normal (re: abdominal tenderness)
I feel like I did 500 crunches yesterday or something. You know that like day-after muscle soreness, post work-out? It's all in my ab area, definitely not pain, just sore. I feel it when I yawn, or laugh really hard, stuff like that. Normal? Kinda normal? It's weirding me out! thanks oh i'm 5w tomorrow if that makes a diff.

Very normal! I remember feeling like that in the beginning, and it came in waves. I noticed it most in the first couple of weeks of being PG, then around the end of the first trimester, then around 16 weeks. It's just your body preparing for your LO .

I felt that for a few weeks. I thought at the time it was from so much vomiting but who knows.

it's unbelievable that something the size of a seed can cause so much distress on your body, isn't it?

I've had some aches too, and vomited or dry heaved everyday starting this week. Specially when I'm starving, which makes my stomach hurt even more.

Re: is it normal (re: abdominal tenderness)
ahh I first read this as you DID 500 crunches yesterday!! I was going to write STOP!!!
anyway.... yea the cramping and soreness is normal. It's your body preparing. if the pain is significant then you should call your dr. but minor pain like feelings are normal.
