Is Crystal light okay?
I used like- a quarter of one of the "to go" packets in my water bottle just to give it a little flavor.
Is this okay?

it depends on how your practitioner feels about artificial sweeteners. I was told NO artificial sweeteners of any kind. Crystal light is made with artificial sweeteners......

It really depends on you, and how you feel about the fake sugar stuff - I try to limit it - but I didn't cut it out completely -
ETA - my OB never said anything about it

My OB said i was fine to use the Crystal Light to go thing because I have a hard time with regular water which is getting better. I guess OB opinions differ alot.

I didnt ask my OB about it, but i've just avoided artificial sweeteners altogether. They're just not good for you in general anyway, and eventhough i'm pretty lax about most other stuff, i just dont want to have any of it.

It is fine. I was High Risk and my OB said if I couldnt keep plain water down to add cryatal light.

This is what I will go by until I see the OB for the first time next week. It's really the only artificial sweetener I have had and I use less than one serving.

i think that in moderation it's fine - but that's my take on all foods in pregnancy. there was nothing that i didn't eat first time around (even the occasional spicy tuna roll - uh oh, raw fish AND mercury in the SAME MEAL!-   ), and i won't place strict limits on myself this time either.
