Is anyone having horrible headaches?

I am about 14 weeks and for the past 3 days I have had the worst headache. Tylenol has not helped at all. Yesterday it was so bad in the back of my eyes that I thought I was going to pass out. DH said I was pale and he was getting a little worried. Didn't have these headaches with DS.

i'm sorry your feeling so terrible. i have been getting headaches but not as bad, i associate my headaches with allergies.

I have been getting a lot of really bad headaches this entire pregnancy. I find that I would either get one every day... or have a few days where I was spared.

maybe this is a silly question - but do you wear glasses and maybe it's time for a new prescription??

i'm not saying that it's not baby related, but could needing a new script be making it worse???

I had awful, TERRible headaches around that time. At one point I couldn't get out of bed, eat, or do anything they were so bad. The doctor said it was hormones, and recommended tylenol+caffeine.

i had horrible headaches until i realized it was due to my going cold turkey from my 2 morning cups of coffee, so now i make sure i have the one, and if i skip it i get a headache.. maybe it could be the same for you. HTH

I've had some serious migraines, but unfortunately I have no remedies. I pretty much just take the extra strength Tylenol and if I have the opportunity to, I'll crawl into bed, if not I've just been dealing with it. I've had migraines all my life and I think I've learned to deal with having them. If anyone has any suggestions, I'll ears. I miss my Excedrin

I did have headaches like this later in my pregnancy. It was a concern for my doctor b/c Tylenol would not work. I was ultimately given a prescription for Tylenol with Codeine. Please call your doc and let him/her know. Feel better!!

I have been having headaches too.
i will be 15 weeks tomorrow.
Are you drinking enough water? I was told it could be because I am dehydrated. And I admit I have not been drinking enough water!

I had bad headaches week 13-16. Its from a rise in hormones.

I would drink a lot of water and if that didn't work 1 extra strength tylenol and somethign with a little caffeine

at around that time i would wake up with the worst headaches ever, they were sinus headaches, bc I was always stuffed, they subsided a bit after a few weeks, but tylenol and nothing helped...

I had really bad headaches around week 24. After not being able to get out of bed for 3 days and nothing working I finally called my OB who wanted to see me asap. They checked my bp to rule out preeclampsia and when that was fine they prescribed a really strong tylenol with caffeine in it (cannot remember the name) that finally took the edge off. I would def let your OB know to be safe!

Yes i had and still get horrible headaches. I notice it more when i dont drink enough. So Drink up!

I just started getting bad headaches this week - I'm 13 weeks.

ETA - I drink more than enough water.

I am getting my share of headaches and I am 13 weeks. I am quite sure mine are sinus related so I am using a humidifier and saline nasal spray. It seems to be helping. Tylenol is minimally helpful for me also.

Yup, I've been having awful headaches for the last 3 weeks or so (I'm 17 weeks now). Tyelnol does nothing & like you, they sometimes get so bad that I feel like I'm going to pass out.

Thanks everyone. At least I know I am not alone. Tylenol is like taking a tick tac. I have been drinking water but I guess not really enough. I have a call out to the doctor. We shall see what happens. There is no time to lay down because I have my son's 1st b-day party on saturday. I guess the stress isn't helping.

I actually had my first migraine in over 10 years with this pregnancy. All sorts of fun things happening--dizzy, flashing lights in the side of my vision, and then I woke up with a bloody eye.

If it keeps up, definitely get in to see your Dr. Feel better

I have had bad headaches from week 11- now (week 20). They have gotten a bit better in that they are not as constant, but the only thing that helps me is Rapid Release Tylenol, and Arizona Iced Tea (I have no idea why).

I have been feeling the same way... Headaches everyday all day and Tylenol is not working... I suffer from migraines really bad and have severe allergies which I go for shots. The only thing I can tell you is when ever possible sleep and drink soda or have coffee or tea, sometimes caffeine plays a huge role in headaches...
