Is anyone else having trouble sleeping?
I have about a week and half left in my first trimester, and I am having the worst time sleeping. I have trouble falling asleep, and then I have trouble staying asleep. Its a yucky feeling!
Anyone else having this trouble?

yes i used to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and not be able to get back to sleep. However lately, at 14 weeks i am struggling to shut my alarm clock off.

Yup... it has been terrible from 20wks for me with this pregnancy. With my 1st I was not sleeping from about 34 wks until I delivered. It's tough. If you can nap, I would. Even if you just put up your feet for a few, it helps.

I never had many sleep issues until about 31 weeks or so and now at 34 I wake up during the night and it stinks.

I've been having trouble falling asleep, I'm 35 weeks. Not really uncomfty, but as soon as I lay down I have to pee every 5-10 minutes.

between having to pee 3 times in the middle of the night and making sure my senior dog is ok im going to say YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
oh and i wake up before the alarm goes off and just stare out of our window for no reason

Yes! I'm only in my 7th week but I haven't had a good nights sleep in the past few weeks. I always wake up to pee in the middle of the night, then I'm sooooo thirsty so I drink a glass of water. Then I toss and turn for an hour or so and usually just as I'm about to fall back to sleep i have to pee again because of of the water I drank

YES!!!!!!!!!!!! its gotten to the point where I actually dread nighttime & going to sleep.
last night I woke up to pee at 2AM & could not get back to sleep until 5:20AM!!!!!!!!!!!!
ETA: I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow

I have no problem falling asleep, but sometimes I will wake up to go to the bathroom and can't go back to sleep. On weekends I am lucky if I sleep until 7am.

Same here. Once I get up I know it will be at least an hour before I will fall asleep again. I keep telling myself that it is my body getting ready for midnight feedings.

I fall asleep fast but wake up a lot. Every time i change positions I wake up. I only get up once to pee but Im awake a lot. And also super thirsty at night!

Yes I have had insomnia from the beginning and it only gets worse and worse each week. When I actually DO fall asleep, its for never more than an hour and then I'm up for 2-3 hour stretches in the middle of the night. People keep telling me to "get my sleep now" and I want to strangle them.... especially when sleeping more than 4 hours in a night is considered a great night for me these days!

havent slept in weeks, just cant get comfy. i posted about buying a snoogle possibly because my hiips and back hurt after laying on my side for an hour, besides going to the bathroom a few times. i feel so bad for my DH since Im constantly tossing and turning and getting up !

i seem to have had problems sleeping since the moment i found out i was PG. im now 12w4d and for some reason i can sleep like a baby on the couch when i am trying to watch my fav tv shows but when i am in bed trying to sleep for the night i wake up what seems like every hour on the hour... its TERRIBLE...

Yes! I had bouts of insomnia in my 2nd tri. I would wake up and not be able to fall back asleep for hours. Now I am 36 weeks and I toss and turn all night. Just can't get comfortable. Last night I felt like no matter what position I was in I couldn't breathe...does that happen to anyone else?

Yes!!! Between waking up for pee breaks and just tossing and turning because my back is killing me, I am up every hour on the hour. I cant stand it anymore and I have 3 months left

Me too except Im 27 weeks. After an hour of sleeping on one side, my legs start to hurt so I flip every hour.
