Is anyone else having a problem with shoes????
I noticed whatever shoes I wear...my feet swell. No matter what shoes it is that I wear. Unfortunately..I work in Corporate America and cannot wear flip flips, sandals etc in the Summer and am wondering what I'm going to do. I have some flat shoes..but you know how us women are..sometimes they don't match our outfits..
Any suggestions?

Re: Is anyone else having a problem with shoes????
I just bought some Sketchers with mesh for "breathing" purposes.
I was told by my boss that sneakers were OK while PG. My husband work policy is the same.
At this point, I cannot fit in any shoes, so.. If I cannot wear those... I am staying home on bed rest. Their choice!!!!!
Do what you have to do!

I LOVE the way you think!!!! I was told I could wear sneakers also..but when I have "clients" coming in..I can't. What's the point? They are going to see this little short thing w/a BIG belly coming at them..umm obviously I'm pregnant!! For some reason I thought being pregnant in the Summer would be "cute"..HMMPH!

I wore sckechers sneakers because they are wider, but lived in flip flops all summer because my feet swelled so bad

Re: Is anyone else having a problem with shoes????
This is what I do it might give you an idea that will suit you..... I'm 32weeks. My feet are covered by my desk,,,,so I bought the black ballerina looking flat shoes at payless! ($10) I wear them when I walk in the office and when I have to walk around but I also bring in my flip flops so when I'm behind my desk I slip the other ones off and slip the flips on and sometimes I don't wear anything .....awwwwwwwwwwww! it helps me out with the swelling too.

I just went a size up in everything.
I bought 3 pairs of shoes a size bigger (brown, black and neutral) to make sure I had something to wear.
And even then I still have giant indentations on my feet when I get home.

So far, I am lucky with the swelling thing, but when they do swell, I am breaking the dress code....if they want me to work, I will wear flip flops...I always wear pants anyway, so they aren't that noticeable.

Don't even get me started I went today to the Mall.. BIG mistake. I have gone up an entire size, but not just that... the width too!! None of my shoes fit right now and I've got hundreds
I was just telling a friend that shoe shopping when you're pregnant is worse than bathing suit shopping at any time!
I finally found a great pair at DSW
But I've been sporting my flip flops for every day wear.

I found those mesh sketchers in white. They are wide and they have the velco strap on top. Great for adjusting. VERY comfy!
