Where I think Lakisha and Melinda are phenominal singers, they don't present themselves as "American Idols" to me. I would not buy or listen to any record they put out.
As for Blake... I think he is extremely talented, unique and has that "something". I wouldn't hesitate to buy his record. I am actually looking forward to listening to what he puts out there.

Blake always amuses me when I see him perform, but he's not the best singer, so I don't know.
On the other hand, Jordin sings well, but I don't find her very interesting.
I'm sad about Melinda! (Though I thought she might be sent home...)

I agree. As I said in another post, AI is supposed to be about finding AMAZING singers....and while Blake is fun to watch, he's just not on par with Melinda OR Jordin.
That being said, if Jordin doesn't win it, I think I may stop watching!!

I like Blake, and he's probably the only one whose album I would buy. However, I really thought Melinda should win it all, and I'm disappointed that she's not in the finale.
Blake has the most unique style, but you know he is going to be awful with whatever idol-winner song they give him to sing.

Blake does NOTHING for me. I've heard his voice and style a MILLION times. He's way too young and "cutesy" for me. Total boy-band material IMO.
I like Jordin...hope she wins it. But I feel it should have been Melinda and Jordin as the final 2.
