It's TOTALLY NORMAL! And I will even go so far as to tell you this:
YOU SLEEP SO MUCH BETTER WITH A NEWBORN BABY! To me, I'd much rather wake up and feed a baby than wake up because my body is aching and I have to pee a thousand times! It'll all be over soon and your first night's rest in the hospital will be oddly wonderful!
Thanks SOOO MUCH FOR SAYING THIS! If one more person says, its to get you used to having a newborn, I am going to bop them one! With a newborn, I won't be getting in the shower, getting ready for a job where I have to form coherent thoughts!
I really needed to hear this from a new mom- you are the best!
This is SO true. I couldn't believe it after my baby was born when I realized I was no longer in constant pain (back, hips, feet) and I could sleep comfortably when I slept.
