Is 99.9 a fever in an 8 week old?HELP
At the pediatrician last week, my DDs temp was 99.5 and they said that was normal. She felt a bit warm and its now 99.9. Is that normal? When do
I worry?

I was told to be concerned if it was over 100.4, taken rectally.

May be very normal. My DD would be about 99.7 rectally in the afternoon, evenings, and it was not a fever. Also it will rise if they were crying, fussing, moving alot, exerting themselves, etc.

I was at the ped Saturday, he was 99.3 and they said that's totally normal.
