iPod Music
I need some motivation ladies to get back into my workout routine but, the music on my iPod is slowing me down.....
Can you recommend any good songs to download that will get me moving? Thanks!!!!

I have a weird selection that gets me motivated in the gym.
Rocky Theme gets me pumped in the gym.

I do not have a set play list. I usually play some Craig David and old school freestyle though.

I play alot of house music and Metallica. Strange mix, I know, but its the only stuff that gets me going at the gym.
