Ipod ??
My daughter and I have ipods. I accidentally lost most of my songs on my ipod but my daughter has them on hers.
The songs are in a separate folder under her "device" when she plugs it in. I would like to get those songs back on my ipod but they are not highlighted and there is no way to drop and drag the files. I also tried to put them on a disk but not all the songs went onto the disk.
Does anyone know what I need to do?

when you plug in your iPod can you go to your screen in iTunes and go on the upper tab to MUSIC and check which playlists you want to sync?

Yes I did that and it just syncs to the most recent purchases and a few others but not everything that she has on her ipod as her "music" folder is not an option.

in you MUSIC section where it shows all songs you have different playlists right but when you go to your iPod screen where it says whats on you iPod and then the music tab you cant check her playlists??? that IS strange, Id be callin Apple. Are all the songs in her playlist checked?

Can you make another playlist under your name and then drag the songs into your playlist...Then manually set your ipod to upload your playlist only.

Are you trying to download them as mp3's onto a disk - if so they are protected if you bought them from itunes and won't burn onto a disk.

No as this is under my dd's ipod not mine so when I plug mine in it doesn't show the same playlist.

No, some of them burn and some don't.
