you can buy it at most cell phone stores. but, I would buy it directly from Apple.
there is a 4gb and an 8gb...I would get the 8gb

They're phasing out the 4gb (they're no longer manufacturing them and just selling whatever they have left.)

Well he told me to get the most expensive one so I guess that is the 8 gb.
