Interviewing a potential nanny tomorrow...
and I would LOVE any advice! This is our first time interviewing and I'm very nervous. Can anyone offer some MUST HAVE questions? Or any other important things I should address?

Do you have a curriculum/schedule you like to follow?
Do you know CPR?
What do you do if my child chokes?
Do you have references?
How flexible are you?

What ages did she babysit for before?
Is she adverse to light housekeeping or baby laundry?
What does she expect regarding vacation/ holidays/, etc.
How much is she looking for salary wise.
Is she flexible if you need her to stay late or come early
I would have her interact with the baby to get a feel how she might be with the little one.
If you want I have a few checklist and other information if you want to fm your email address I can forward to you
