What week do they start? How bad are they? I have an appt next Friday and I will be 31 weeks.

36w with my son! they never hurt me. no more than discomfort from a yearly exam.
my 35w appt is this upcoming week, guess i only have one week left!

They did mine at 36. Never had any others since I was dialated and went right to the hospital, but it didnt hurt. Just awkward and uncomfortable.

I had my first at 36 weeks it didn't hurt. Just a little discomfort like a pelvic exam.
