Interesting...
According to the ADA (Americans with Disabilites Act) infertility is a disability. Now I wouldn't look to collect SSD over it but it may be a useful fact for those with work place issues and concerns. Just thought I would share my little discovery from today!

I was doing some research for work (I work with the developmentally disabled adult population) and was reading an article about some Supreme Court decisions and saw a reference to infertility. I then dug around a little and saw a few things to back it up. I'll find a link to post when i have a some more time.
