Inspectors
Can anyone recommend an inspector that you used and please if you don't mind tell me the price.
Also, did anyone ever use home sweet home inspectors? That is the name the real estate agent gave me.

We used Home Sweet Home Inspectors and they charged $435 (which seems to be the going rate I've read on the boards). A few other girls on here have used them as well.
They were great. We called them on a Monday and they were in the house that Wednesday/Thursday, and they provide a termite inspection as well as part of the cost.
They are very thorough and we were there for about 2 hours and he went thru everything with us.
