Insomnia - queston!
I always have had a hard time sleeping.. way before I got pregnant.. it actually runs in my family we never sleep! Its gotten a lot worse now and I don't know what to do.. I go to bed at night but I don't really sleep.. Its like shutting my eyes and not getting proper rest! I function all day long surprisingly but it really worries me! Any suggestions or things to do to make sleeping easier! TIA

i dont have advice i can just tell you to hang in there! i am the same way - have had trouble sleeping my entire life and it got worse early in the pregnancy. not sure how far along you are, but as i progressed sleeping came much easier...in fact i found myself napping at times! everyone told me to try warm milk etc....i never tried it though but perhaps it can help you

That's the one good thing about pregnancy exhaustion! I wake up 4 times to pee but I fall back asleep! Hang in there, I was the same way in the beginning. Your doctor may let you take benadryl once in a while if you need a good nights sleep.

M, I had this problem too. Part of my problem was fantasizing about my babies too much 
This is what my Peri suggested, and it helped. Wind down..... no tv half hour before bed. Dim lights light a lavender scented candle spray the sheets/bed with Lavender fabric spray (febreeze) Take a warm shower before bed and drink a cup of camomile tea before bed.
I did them all, and it worked. It really did. He also told me if I was desperate to take a Benadryl, but I never ever did.
