I don't get it...why is changing the sheets so hard?? I just lift the mattress out of mine and change them! Maybe American cribs are different!!!

We just have the breathable bumpers, and the mobile and it's a little tricky getting it out and back in without totally screwing up the bumpers. Plus, with the mattress lowered now, we have to lift it out pretty far (we have a convertible crib)
We're done buying furniture at this point, but I think it's a great idea.

Do you have a bumper in your crib?
No, we don't use bumpers in the UK. They are not recommended as they are dangerous. I have a Tiny Love mobile, a fisher price aquarium and another fisher price toy with a mirror. I just take the mattress out, old sheets off, new sheets on...DONE.
Yet another argument against bumpers!
