Inground sprinklers
I have a small property (50x100) and I need to get sprinklers. Anyone know the approximate cost? Is there a specific time of the year where prices are better?
ETA: I'm in NJ, so only give recommendations if they travel  )

I would say that Spring & Fall would be the better prices. It all depends on how many zones you will need and every property is different. I would get 3 different companies to come out to your home and pick the best price for the product. Just keep in mind you will have to fix your grass as well after they are done.
