info sheet for nanny?
i plan on leaving my emergency info for the nanny on the fridge. what should i include?
so far i have
address & home #
DH & my work and cell #s
what else?
we have no allergies

I will look when I get home and see what else is on our list, but I know we included our vet information in case something happened to the dog (if you have pets). I know we also left my parents cell since they live nearby.

i think i only have:
-- my cell phone & work phone
-- DH's cell & work phones
-- Dr's phone number
-- my mom's cell phone (just in case DH and I can't be reached)
you can also put the poison control hotline, local police and fire stations, and other emergency numbers.
