infant socks that do not leave marks... is there such a thing?

I tried sizing up, DS is almost 5m and is wearing 12-24m socks and they still leave little ripples on his ankles... do we move into toddlers?

This has got to me my 3rd post on socks, since having DS. We just have no luck.

Actually the only socks that don't leave marks are gerber ones, but they don't wash well, they get a lot of linty fuzz.

Any advice?

My favorites are the Stride Rite brand socks. DS has been wearing age 4-7 socks since he was 10 months, but he has huge feet (shoe size 6.5W when he started walking at 10 months, and now he's size 8W at 13 months).

I found putting them inside out, and then rolling them down a little (like a roll, not a fold) stops the marks. I know it is weird but it works for my dd.

We use these without the rollover cuff for summer:

My DS wears a Medium at 13 months. How many months is your DS? He's probably an XS.

thats the ones we resorted to now, the roll cuff, they feel nice, but the little ridges leave marks, he's wearing 12-24m, maybe I just need to size up?

I hated putting socks on DS because they would leave marks, they would fall off or he would just plain rip them off. I bought two sets of trumpette socks and OMG! best socks I ever bought. I wont lie, they're expensive if you dont get them on sale but fabulous socks and darn cute too (especially since I am one of "those moms" that needs the socks to match the outfit perfectlyChat Icon

Love Trumpette socks - worth every penny! Target carries Trumpette Too socks. I haven't tried them yet though.
