Infant crying during bottle feeding?
Hi everyone,
My DD is 5 weeks old and recently began crying during her feedings.. She takes about 6 gulps and then cries and fusses throughout the rest of the bottle. I burp her often so I dont think its gas. She also seems to swallow really loud. Any suggestions?

possibly reflux or formula intolerance. Does she spit up a lot or get hiccups?

She never spits up.. Does get a lot of hiccups though.

sounds like reflux to me. THat was a major sign with my kids.

sounds like reflux to me. THat was a major sign with my kids.
Ditto with my second ....my first would eat and eat very fast which is also a sign bc they are trying to "eat the pain away" and the spit isn't necessary bc although my first spit up a lot my second didn't....theres such thing as silent reflux google it and see the symptoms and it can't hurt to google regular acid reflux symptoms too....and call doc....good luck
