first of all YUMMY!! thats my favorite!
I buy Tikka Masala sauce in a jar and add plain yogurt to it to thin it out if its too thick. I thn sometimes add a pat of butter to bring it together.
I have never made naan...i usually buy it in the market then heat it up when its time to eat

Whole foods sell's a Tikki Masala mix (Arora Creations). It's all of the spices you need, you just add the other ingredients such as chicken, tomato sauce, ginger, oil... It's very good, and easy to make!!

I buy a curry paste, you need to fry that up in some oil to get the best flavor in the curry. Also, add the chicken raw into the curry and let it simmer. I add some cream and some ground almonds into mine when I make it (I usually make a Korma) and make Pilau Rice with it. I haven't made Naan, but apparently its pretty easy!

Tiger Tiger Tikka Paste - sold in the supermarket in the ethnic section is really good. I made 5 pounds of chicken one night and all the neighborhood DC's ate it all.
