Increasing supply in one breast?

So I am mostly pumping since LO isn't latching like she was in the beginning. She got lazy with the bottle since I had to supplement with formula in the beginning. She will latch but not when she is really hungry and I think more for comfort. She has always preferred the right breast...so when she latches she latches onto that one. IF she does latch it is only once a day for like 30-45 mins. I don't think she is draining it while she is on.

I am noticing now when I am pumping that I am getting about double the milk out of the left breast. My right one tends to get my sore and hard along the side until I pump...but still only get half of the milk.

How can I increase the supply in the one breast? I am so afraid of them becoming uneven since one is producing much more than the other.

It's very common for one side to produce more. You can try pumping that side more often or longer and keep working on getting DC to latch on that side. DD used to refuse to latch on my left side as a newborn or just latch on and pass out. Over 9 months later I still feel that my supply is uneven but I don't see it as a big deal anymore. There's no noticeable difference in size but I do have DD start on that side more often than the right.

I would try doing compressions or a different breast shield /flange size on that size. I always have a difference between right and left, but if you still feel full there are ways to get that milk out. :)
