In the morning
Do you rush around to get ready or do you have extra time to drink your coffee, read the paper, etc?

I have a tiny bit of time to check my emails. I make tea to bring with me and I have enough time to put the dogs out and give them treats.

I check my emails and LIF for about 10 minutes and no matter what time I get up I am always somehow running out the door with wet hair! I'm always rushing to work.

that's because you get up in the middle of the freakin' night! 
Pretty much always rushing around. But sad part is, I don't have to be at work until 10

I have to be at work at 6am so I get up at 430am so I can shower and make coffee. I don't rush, but I don't have time to relax either.

Some days I have plenty of extra time as I don't go in til later, but still get up a little early, like today, and come online for a bit. But most days I don't have time to do anything, but I pace myself getting ready, so I am not really ever late.

It seems no matter what time I wake up and how long I have to get ready, I end up rushing out the door. There are days I don't even tie my shoes or I'll miss my train

Yup, that's me too. I can't figure it out. I can get up 15 minutes earlier and STILL just make it on time.
Though, on Saturdays I have to go in right now and I go in 1/2 hour later then normal. Somehow I can get ready much quicker since it's later.

I give myself plenty of time too, but somehow those last 10 minutes get away from me and I'm still running out the door, still trying to put my coat on, etc......

I voted rush around, but really what happens is: Wake up, move around the house like a slug getting ready and then rush around the last 10 minutes because I am running late.
This seems to happen regardless of what time I get up

I am always rushing & it is stupid, b/c it is not like I have to leave ridiculously eary, but I stay up way too late.
Today I got out of the shower exactly 20 minutes before the train leaves.
