Well here we are at week 22 and we have great news, good news and some not so good news.
the great news is that baby Sophia is doing great we have all our finger and toes the heart looks great but I am still going for an echo next week just to make sure. Her weight is in the 46th percentile which I was told is great they want it close to 50% but not too close. All else was great as far as the anatomy scan.
The good news is that the cerclage is holding well looks strong and all is well there. As long as it holds we are OK
the not so good is that my cervix is short again it was 2.4 2 weeks ago and now its only 1.09 but they told me that as long as the stitch holds we are OK like I said. I was also told that they know that the cervix is weak behind the stitch and that it is OK to get a little thinner the ceclage is acting like a damn to keep everything inside. But now I am on strict bedrest I cannot leave the bed or couch unless absolutely necessary so that is going to be a pain in the butt I am already bored as hell...
Glad to hear the good news and hopefully everything will continue on being okay too. Lots and lots of to you!! I know bedrest will be hard but hang in there.

thanks my hubby has been going to the library every other week for me I have a new book now I am waiting for the new nicholas sparks book to come out I love his writing...but right now atleast I am still home I will be admitted in 2 weeks for steriods but they said that will only be 2-3 days as long as the cervix looks good next week I can stay home if it goes below 1cm I might have to be on bedrest in the hosptal...
I can relate somewhat to what you are going thru right now. I was admitted to the hospital at 24 weeks when my cervix measured 2.2cm. They released me after a few days (negative FFN and 2 steroid shots) on strict bed rest. I've been losing my mind laying here. I got rechecked yesterday and I'm down to 1.9. I'm surprised with your measurements you weren't admitted! How often will you get measured now?
i got a cerclage at 17 week when i was 1.7 as long as the cerclage holds there is no reason to be admitted they are checking me every week now they wont give steriods until 24 weeks

Excellent! I recommend the Stephanie Plum books by Janet Evanovich for fun mindless reading. She's up to #14 now so that should keep you busy for a while!
My BFF had a cerclage and also had a cervix measurement in the 1 cm's. Just like you said... strict bed rest will do the trick. Only get up to pee. I know you are totally bored to death, but you are doing great!! Lots of good thoughts and prayers to you!!
