In Contract!
We are finally OFFICIALLY in contract on our house!
After a long and drawn out process that included other contracts falling through literally as we were putting our pen to the paper.....WE ARE IN CONTRACT!
WOOOOOHHHHOOOO!!!
ETA: We should be closing on our co-op within the next few weeks and moving in with my parents until we close on the house.
