Implantation Dip

I am 4 DPO and I had a drop in temp this morning. I just read on FF that this "could" be a sign of pregnancy. The dip "could" occur on DPO 5-12. Obviously being 4 DPO it seems to be too early for the "implantation Dip".

Has anyone who temp ever gotten a drop in temps in the 2ww? The drop was a .04 temp drop which brought me under my coverline.

I'm going to try not to hold on to this "dip" as I don't want to be disappointed if I'm not. But I really hope I am.

If anyone can shed anymore light on this implantation dip I've been reading up on I'd appreciate it!

With my first son I had a temp dip on FF but it was on 5dpo. I was PG though!

I've been temping for four months now and get a temp dip 4 DPO every single month, so I don't know that that's what it is. I got nervous the first few months thinking I had a progesterone issue but read somewhere that it's normal to have that dip. So at least in my case it's not an implantation dip. Wait until 7 or 8 DPO to see what happens. Lots of luck!!

I haven't started temping yet, but small ups and downs before and after O are normal. I thought a surefire pg symptom was when your temps consistently stayed above coverline - b/c temps are supposed to dip before AF.

Or maybe I'm way off base.

yesterday's dip was .04 to 97.8 down today I am back up .03 to 98.1.

I've been charting since September and have never had the dip. I hope that this dip means something but I am just cautiously optimistic and I don't want to be even more disappointed than usual if AF comes. I guess I'll know in about 9 days if I am PG or not!
