Implantation and Lining

I have some issues with a thin lining and implantation. My lining nevers lines up with implantation. My lining starts to. thin before implantation occurs therefore I am not getting pregnant.

Is there anything I can do at home?

My acupuncturist said it was all about increasing blood flow. He recommended lots of water and "red" foods. Strawberries, blueberries, beets, red meat.

I would think something like yoga might help with blood flow.

You'd probably really benefit from acupuncture.
