Im weary about typing this....
Ok girls i hope im not jinking myself. Some of you may know me from my first preg.. i was supposed to be due in sept and i miscarried in January. Well i cant hide it from you because i need the support as i am shaaking in my boots.....
I AM PREGNANT... at least thats what the digital test says. I see my RE tommorow. How am i gonna remain calm and not worry every sec. What can i do to make sure i eat right and everything? I am so scared im gonna mess up.
Oh yeah PS: DH doesnt know yet i want a cute way to tell him.

Just do the best you can as far as eating right. Drink lots of water! Sometimes there are things that are not 100% in our control, so relax and do the best you can. Good luck

Congratulations!
Coming from someone who also lost a baby, and then had a successful pregnancy, and now prego with #2... unfortunately, you will always worry, no matter what. I still find myself worrying from time to time, but almost 6 months in, and everything still looks normal. Going through the experience that I went through just scarred me for life... and I think that most women who've been through it would agree with that. Just try to remain calm, relaxed & positive. Stress isn't good for you now... I believe, especially, early on.
