aww, you should def share that story with his mom.
I called a boy from my son's school for a playdate once, and his mom was so touched that we called bc his reputation at school had already alienated him from playdates (And this was in kindergarten  )
but he was the sweetest kid, such a sincere happy smile, just a fun little boy.
