I'm such an idiot! re: Basal Thermometer
This is my first time charting/temping, I just realized that i've been using the thermometer wrong. So that you don't make the same mistake click on the link to see the attached picture of where the thermometer needs to be. I've been putting the thermometer where the x's are . I hope this doesn't affect my charting much.
