im soo excited..
This is month 4 trying for us and our first month using a digital opk. Last month i tried using the regular ones and it was so confusing and i think we definitely missed my O. Then i ended up being 5 days late and was testing like a crazy person..only to get like 4 BFN's. I wasn't even sure when i was O'ing at all because I went off the pill in June. So i wasn't sure when to start using the OPK since I was late this month and luckily I started using it a little earlier than I was planning because I got a  this morning!!  I tested with FMU and i was soooo shocked!! It's CD 16 for me and i didn't think I would get it for another few days so it looks like we will be  the next couple of days
but i just wanted to ask you ladies we BD last night..so we should we again today, tomorrow, and the next day too?? or is that too much?? thanks! im so new to this i don't want to miss out

OH, AND I was told not to much Bding, sperm count won't be as high if you do it too soon.

See I heard if you do it once a day, give it 24 hours, it is healthy for the sperm.

once every 24 hours is fine for . you really can do it more than that if you want - only less if DH has a sperm count issue.
