Re: im so torn. i need help
One my mom's best friends has a grandson who is autistic and they feel it was from the MMR vaccination. We also know a doctor who has a child that is autistic and doesn't think it's from the MMR. I did a lot of research on my own and came to a decision that we were comfortable with.
Good luck!
ETA: We only do 2 shots at a time at the most.

Re: im so torn. i need help
are you talking about the MMR (the only one that may contain mercury) or all shots? My ped does the MMR as one shot but I delay the shot because at 18 months when the shot is administered is when the signs of autism become aparent. I dont want any confusion. I do limit the amount of shots to 2. I won't allow more and sometimes I only allow 1. Good luck.

Re: im so torn. i need help
I split them up for many reasons but really the big reason was I couldn't imagine my baby getting 4 shots at once and not having some kind of a reaction. Miranda generally gets 1 at a time which means more trips to the office but she hasn't had one single reaction which makes me feel alot better about giving them to her in the first place.

Re: im so torn. i need help
My ped always asks me if I want to do them together or on eat a time and when I ask her what is better she tells me it makes no difference and it is entarely my decision.
I choose to do them together. Benjamin hates the shots so I prefer to just get it over with instead of subjectung him to those little trips 4 times a month. He never had a reaction. Well, once he had a fever but the doc said it was expected from one particular shot. I can't remember which one it was...
