I'm so miserable

*TMI*
I have NEVER had a period this hard or painful IN MY LIFE! I swear I am being turned inside out. I have gone through almost 2 super tampons in the last 6hrs and a pad. I have taken 4 aleve with minimal relief, I have a heated pad on my belly and back, and i'm at work until 7pm, and I have to babysit all day tomorrow for my frinds 1yr old. What else can I do?

Re: I'm so miserable

i can feel your pain.. i am so sorry you are going through this..

i know cycles can change so much after a MC..

i know mine did.. and after my first loss.. i had the WORST pain.. i was doubled over for like 3 days! it was so horrible.. but the OB said it was all normal..

mine got better from there.. so i hope you get some relief too! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

try taking motrin.. that helps me more than anything else.. i hope you will be better by tomorrow..
hang in there! and get rest Chat Icon

I agree with De and I love the Thermacare menstrual wraps. They are like the heated back pads that you can just wear out, but it sits on your abdomen. I swear by them! Feel better!

Oh and like De, I've always found that Motrin helped a lot...
