Im so excited to start OPK's that I ...
......ran up to the bathroom and forgot to POAS after holding it for 3 hours
So now i have to hold it for another 3 hours so i can test

 i found using the OPK's first thing in the morning helped me not to forget.

i found using the OPK's first thing in the morning helped me not to forget.
My test say that they can be done any time but ive read so much about OPKs being more accurate if done in the afternoon - so im trying to do them after work. But my mind is so wrapped up in a millions things at that point - its hard to forgot not to pee!

If you are talking about the CBE OPK (smiley test) I can tell you first hand it CAN be used with FMU. When I got PG in June it was on my first cycle using that OPK and I tested with FMU. I just used it again with FMU this cycle. Im waiting to see if AF shows this weekend.
ETA: sorry you have to hold your pee again

Im using Answer (i think CVS brand ) and they are regular line test but says you can use them anytime. I just figured id try the afternoon in case i get better results but if i keep forgetting then i'l have to switch to morning.
