I'm sick....
I don't know what I have but I can't take feeling this way, I have the chills (no fever) cough, sinus pain, and NO energy! Ive never felt this bad before in a long time. I just hope the baby is ok.... Is there something going around??

There is a lot going around. Drink lots and lots of fluids and rest! Hope you feel better soon.

a lot of people are know have viruses. It is really going around. Keep hydrated and take lots of tylenol, and most important rest!

Sorry to hear you feel  There is a lot going around. I had the flu a month and a half ago and have a sinus infection with the start of broncitis right now. Rest and drink plenty of water.

A coworker has been home all week with the flu.

I had the flu, bronchitus & strep a month ago. I was so concerned about the baby and the doctor said she was fine and to make sure I rested and got better! The only thing I was allowed to take was tylenol, which helped take away the aches and pains~
Did you get the flu shot?
