Do you have a house alarm?
Get one with house key thingy. There is a panic button on it.
Also, try to leave your house at different times. 30 minutes early, 1 hour early. etc... change your schedule everyday. It's a PITA but people don't know when you are in an out and it's harder for them to follow you.
I was going to suggest the same thing. It's so scary to even have to think about things like this but these are the times we live in I guess. Thank God you and DS are okay.
